Tuning & Voicing
Tuning is generally needed annually and takes around an hour. Severely out-of-tune pianos may require a pitch raise, which takes longer. Voicing alters the tone to suit the pianist's tastes, such as brighter or mellower, and evens out the tone across the keyboard.
General Repairs
Broken keys or strings, stuck casters, damaged wood pieces or finish, tarnished brass, squeaks and clicks, loose bench legs, stuck keys...we can fix it all! Many repairs can be done on-site, and some require bringing part or all of the piano to our shop.
Humidity Control
Piano Life Saver is a system that regulates the micro-climate under or inside your piano to keep the temperature and humidity more constant, which means more stable, longer lasting tunings.
Great for dry or humid environments where pianos struggle to hold tune.

Action Reconditioning
Reconditioning the action restores it to excellent playing condition! We remove the action from the piano and bring it to our shop to clean out dust and debris, tighten screws, lubricate friction points,
re-shape hammers, & do minor regulation upon its return.
Restringing
Replacing all the strings, tuning pins, and dampers, along with major action regulation and many tunings, can take up to 12 weeks. The job can include cleaning or refinishing the soundboard and/or cabinet and re-gilding or polishing the plate and hardware.

Cleaning/Detailing
Grand piano detailing includes polishing the strings, cleaning the soundboard, and detailing the plate and tuning pin area, as well as blowing dirt out of the action and vacuuming out the action cavity. Includes a custom felt string cover to keep the inside looking great!
Player Service/Install
Your piano can play itself! Great as a learning, teaching, or entertaining option.
We offer factory-certified PianoDisc installation and service, with several packages available. We can also service factory-installed Yamaha Disklavier player systems.
Restoration
Restoring a piano can mean and include many different things, such as replacing action parts and hammers, refinishing the cabinet, restringing, replacing keytops, etc. It's extensive, and always results in an amazing instrument that will last for decades more.
